The Federal German BME Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V. association focuses on all aspects of industrial and commercial procurement including energy, electronic purchasing processes and materials management. These subjects are all on the agenda for the one-day March 5 conference to be held in Passage 4/5 at the International Hardware Fair Cologne. The BME conference is open to all industrial and commercial buyers whether members or not, and no pre-registration is required.
Also of interest to the same professional groups are the matchmaking Buying Days to be held on March 3 and 6 by the Home Improvement Industry President’s Council in conjunction with the Cologne Fair. The buying days consist of meetings between mostly North American home improvement retailers and matching international suppliers.
